Atlas Economic Research Foundation, Liberty Fund, and the Earhart Foundation have announced the launch of the Leonard Liggio Living Legacy Project. Leonard has been an advisory to The Philanthropic Enterprise for several years, and we are pleased to see that Senior Fellow James Otteson will deliver the inaugural Liggio Lecture during the Atlas Liberty Forum in New York City on November 13-14, 2013.
